This is Me!
I love to cook but not the fancy, nouveau cuisine crap. Just good home cooking for this cook and her family. I’m working, slowly, through copied recipes. Always on the look-out for something that is good, quick, and the ingredients are accessible. I live in the Midwest and always have. I do not particularly enjoy seafood-although I do enjoy shrimp. I like meat and taters-whether it’s hamburgers and fries or roast beef and mashed potatoes. This is my sorta daily take on what we eat-come along for the ride!
